HPAZ's Customer Portal allows users to update billing information, make payments, and submit trouble tickets. If you have any trouble accessing your portal, please call (520)732-2100 or send an email to billing@hpaz.net.

Troubleshooting

If you are a current customer and are experiencing difficulty connecting to the Internet, please follow the steps below:

  1. Power-cycle your router ​​​

    1. Power down the router via power button or by unplugging the power cable

    2. Do NOT press the "reset" button during this process

    3. Wait at least 15 seconds

    4. Power the router back on

    5. Wait for the router to finish it's boot cycle​

  2. Check your Internet connection, if you are still unable to connect to the Internet, please give us a call at (520)732-2100.
